2005
OUR FIRST V

V Happy Valley – was launched in 2005, and its success subsequently set the standard for the serviced apartment industry since then. V Happy Valley continues its track record of the highest rate of return guests – a track record that has continued since its launch.

2007
V WANCHAI

With the popularity of V Happy Valley – V Wanchai was next launched in 2007. Inspired by the combination of utilizing natural materials amidst an industrial aesthetic, V Wanchai was awarded with the {Best Hospitality Interior Award and the Asia Pacific Interior Design Award}.

2009
OUR FLAGSHIP V

V Causeway Bay – located at the entertainment hub of Causeway Bay was launched in 2009. The building boasts over 130 apartments, with rare roof penthouses at the heart of the city with views over the city.

2011
V CAUSEWAY SQUARE

V Causeway Square - our second Causeway Bay property was launched in 2011. The goal – to create a product that would once again redefine the standard of serviced apartments – was realized with the creation of only twenty apartments, each apartment occupying an entire floor, with sweeping views of the Hong Kong Stadium and surrounding mountains, a stone's throw away from the energy of Causeway Bay

2013
THE LODGE BY V

The Lodge by V is the first foray by V into the Kowloon side. Located at the intersection of the future West Kowloon station that will connect Hong Kong with Guangzhou and Shenzhen, the Lodge offers unparalleled access for the business traveler combined with V's service standard. At the same time, V also launched Work Smart Offices, a co-working space adjacent to the Lodge designed for convenient live/work possibilities within the same building.

2016
CASTLE ONE BY V

Castle One – V’s first development from the ground – opened its gates. Inspired by an Art Deco theme, Castle One is located in Mid-Levels, a short walk from the Central Mid-Levels escalator, perfect for an evening commute from Central. Apartments boast Italian furniture and Victoria Harbor views.
