One of the precinct’s most distinctive features is the “Harbour Steps”, the first of its kind along Victoria Harbour. This 90-metre-long, tiered waterfront area with no railings offers a sweeping view of the harbour. In front of the steps lies a 2.5-hectare water body, separated by breakwaters. On New Year’s Eve, these steps transform into a prime viewing platform, allowing you to experience the fireworks up close. In addition to the Harbour Steps, the precinct also features an attraction called the “Harbour Station”, showcasing two retired MTR train carriages (commonly known as "Fly Head" trains) donated by the MTR Corporation.
